Position Overview:
The Associate Engineer will support engineering teams in the design, development, testing, and analysis of aerospace systems and technologies. This entry- to mid-level role provides an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects while developing your skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and analysis of aerospace systems, components, and prototypes.
  • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and testing to validate designs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test reports.
  • Support the preparation and execution of experiments, tests, and data collection.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and technologies to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to share insights and progress updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience, internships, or co-op roles in aerospace or related industries.
  • Proficiency with engineering software such as CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA), FEA/CFD tools, and MATLAB.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of aerospace materials, propulsion systems, or structural analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A passion for innovation and a strong desire to contribute to space exploration initiatives.
