Position Overview:
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for aerospace systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software applications and tools for aerospace systems, including mission planning, simulation, and control software.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to understand system requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Write, test, and debug code using modern programming languages and development tools.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring software quality and adherence to best practices.
- Assist in integrating software with hardware systems and perform system-level testing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, including internships or co-op roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum practices.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of aerospace systems or real-time software development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
