Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, input, and validate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and update databases and records, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Perform quality control checks to identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors.

- Assist in developing and improving data capture processes and tools.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a technical or aerospace environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in data management tools and software such as Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized database systems.
- Familiarity with data capture technologies and methods, including OCR, APIs, or automation tools, is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a remote environment.
