Job Summary:
As a Prompt Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, testing, and refining prompts to maximize the effectiveness of our AI models. You will work closely with AI developers, data scientists, and domain experts to create prompts that align with business goals and user needs. Your work will directly impact the usability and performance of our AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outputs.
- Test and iterate on prompts to improve accuracy, relevance, and clarity of AI-generated responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and tailor prompts for specific use cases.
- Analyze AI model behavior to identify patterns, limitations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop guidelines and best practices for prompt creation and usage.
- Mitigate biases, errors, and unintended outputs in AI responses through thoughtful prompt design.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience working with AI models, particularly large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI model behavior.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in crafting effective prompts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python) and AI tools is a plus.
