Position Overview:
The Technical Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support decision-making across engineering, operations, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze technical and operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess system performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects or initiatives.
  • Support strategic planning by delivering data-driven analyses on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Document and communicate technical requirements and processes to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in data analysis and aerospace.
  • Assist in evaluating the impact of technical decisions on company goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical analyst, data analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in aerospace or a technical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with aerospace systems, processes, or technologies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
